EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At A&M Moda, we want you to love your purchases. That's why all our orders are 100% secure.
Deadline for returns or exchanges
We have a 5-business-day return policy, meaning you have 5 business days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the purchase invoice for the item.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at the address pedidos@aymmoda.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Pol. Ind. La Negrilla, c/celulosa 57, 41016 Seville. Returned items will always be the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
If the return is accepted, you can send it through any shipping agency or by post. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior request for a refund.

Damages and problems
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are inspected, so they are only exchanged if they are found to be defective from the factory, and they will be replaced with the same item. Items cannot be exchanged once ordered because they are unsellable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
Changes
Exchanges are only possible if the item is defective from the factory and not tampered with. The fastest way is to call us or send us a WhatsApp message and ensure you always exchange it for the exact same item, size, and color.
