How to measure yourself:
- Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest around the fullest area (cup circumference).
- Waist:Measure your waist just above your belly button, between your chest and hips.
- Hip:To measure your hips, measure approximately 20 cm below your waist and pass the tape over the widest part of your buttocks.
